I had this same problem, just emailed Lexar and they replied within 3 hrs with a new link to use the software. You could try Rescue Pro, a recovery program supplied with SanDisk Extreme memory cards. ![]() Now Lexar no longer sells it or has a download link.ĭoes anyone have an installer for Macintosh? If not, is there a good replacement? (Searching on Google only gives clickbait for questionable or worse software, and I don't have all day to sort through the chaff.) But I somehow neglected to squirrel away the installer. I purchased Image Rescue 5 in 2015, and nicely saved away my registration number. I'm not sure to add to this post or start a new one. I have an extra one that I have sent you via Private Message. The serial number comes on a slip of paper with the memory card. In the pást 5 years, the developer has continued to update the software, adding supported files to over 200 types, supporting file lost scenarios ranging from plain deletion to hard drive failure, formatting, factory set, and expanding the supported os from Windows to Mac, namely you can download and use. Does anybody know how to obtain a serial for the software? Does anybody know how to obtain one? It seems as though they come in the package with the cards, but I do not have any original packing, as the cards are all about 1-5 years old. ![]() I am trying to run the Image Rescue 5, but it says it needs a serial number. ![]() I am really distraught, as the pictures from last night and this morning are now "gone". Today while shooting, I had my first memory card failure while photographing in 10+ years. ![]() I have probably 10 Lexar Memory cards in both SD and CF.
